Shipping Policy
Please allow 3- 7 business days for order processing. All orders are made to order. During high-volume seasons or special events, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx), with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days after your item has shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Please note: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

While we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers, we’re happy to help you file a claim or track a missing order. Just reach out to us at team@CadencyCustom.com for assistnce.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each item in our shop is made to order with attention to detail and quality control, which means all sales are final at this time.
We understand that sometimes adjustments are needed. We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
